TOM POUCE (60ml)

A tompouce is an iconic Dutch pastry, which is extremely popular within the Netherlands. It is the local variety of the French “mille-feuille”, also known as Napoleon. It was named after Admiraal Tom Pouce (translated as Tom Thumb), the stage name of the Frisian dwarf Jan Hannema.

A FLAKY LIGHT PASTRY covered with a thick layer of VANILLA CUSTARD finished with sticky pink ICING. 

On the inhale you get a light crispy sweet pastry. On to the exhale, the pastry continues with a wonderful creamy thick custard that comes through on top, and the sweetness creeps just as you are about to finish the exhale.
